More About Feeling Blue
Roll on your wrists, behind your ears along your neck and on the bottom of your feet.
Ingredients: Fractionated Coconut Oil, Lavender, Bergamot, Roman Chamomile, Ylang Ylang
Why this combination? I research each aliment and then choose certain oils to create these concoctions. I have tried them all out on myself, family, and friends. If they work and get great reviews they end up in my inventory. Here is a bit more information about the oils in this roller. They are linked to another source if you want more information. Many of them have so many healing properties I'm only writing about the ones that affect this aliment.
Lavender- as I have referred to it many times already as the wonder oil, lavender is known for its anti-depressant properties, its ability to help soothe and relax, helping with anxiety.
Bergamot- can improve the circulation of blood therefore creating a feeling of freshness, joy and energy in cases of sadness.
Roman Chamomile- known for eliminating feelings of sadness, disappointment, and depression all while inducing happy charged feelings.
Ylang Ylang- also used as an anti-depressant. It has a relaxing effect on both body and soul which can help lift the mood and bring on feelings of hope and joy.
