Cheeky Jo-jo's Noes to Toes Salve

  • Cheeky Jo-jo's Noes to Toes can be used for:

Chapped lips and face: In the winter when those little ones (and adults too) get that painful chapped skin under their mouth this salve will relive the irritation and help heal the skin.

Pesky Cracks in heels: coat your heals in this salve before bedtime put on those socks (I know that is somewhat uncomfortable for many) and when you wake up in the morning you will be shocked the difference!

Diaper Rash: This was the original purpose of Cheeky Jo-jo's before we discovered we could put it everywhere!  Smear this on your babies bum at diaper changes. The beeswax base provides the waxiness needed to keep the moisture out all while all the healing infused oils work on healing the rash.

Your face: I use this every night on my face BUT especially under my eyes. Avocado oil is great for elasticity making it good for moisturizing those wrinkles or lack thereof.  I even put it under my eyes on those early mornings when the dark circles and overall "I just woke up" is overwhelming.

Eczema:  I applied this on my daughters eczema and it helped keep it tame. Many other customers have used it on their eczema and have reported good results.

Bug Bites: Rub this on your itchy bug bites to relieve the itching. My little girls tell me it helps and ask for it.  (Below is a breakdown of all the ingredients and what the will explain why it is good on the ol' bites)

How this healing salve is made:

Cheeky Jo-Jo’s is made of a combination of healing herbs and oils that work together for fast healing relief. I take organically grown lavender flowers from my very own garden to infuse it with Jojoba oil and a little bit of Organic Olive oil. I also take calendula leaves and do the same in the Sweet Almond Oil and Olive Oil. The process takes 4-6 weeks. Then I strain them, and start making the salve by adding Avocado Oil, Beeswax, and a touch of vitamin E oil.

What makes Cheeky Jo-jo's is the combination of these healing properties.

Lavender is an anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, anti-bacterial, and has anti-fungal properties. It is also known for its calming and soothing effect. This soaked/infused in the Jojoba oil which is known to promote wound healing, reduce inflammation, and helps with acne is a powerful component in this salve.

Calendula as well is known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal properties. It’s known to help heal small wounds, scrapes, thrush, as well as helping inflammation and soothing irritated skin. I infuse this in Sweet Almond Oil which reduces inflammation and possesses an antioxidant. It is also analgesic which is a mild pain reliever. The cicatriazant in sweet almond oil also helps wounds heal faster. This amazing oil also helps lock in the moisture aiding to dry and chapped skin.

Avocado oil  has high nutritive value! It’s rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, B5, Lectihin, and Squalene and Fatty Acids which the skin loves! It also has Phytosterols, that can help take the burn out of an itch. It also promotes cellular regeneration which makes it great for fragile skin.

Olive Oil  is full of antioxidants that are good for your skin. It is known to improve skin elasticity and has regenerative prosperities. (helping those wrinkles under the eyes). It helps heal burns and wounds and fights free radicals.

Beeswax also has healing properties! It provides a protective barrier keeping skin safe of contaminates while locking the moisture in and preventing dry skin. It is anti-bacterial helping your skin stay clean and is also anti-inflammatory helping soothe irritated skin.
